we finally decided to tackle the potty training issue. and to our great surprise aurora figured it out the first time we put her in panties. we must have waited long enough b/c she totally got it right of the bat. i kept putting it off b/c i have a lot friends tell me all the horror stories that go along with potty training. i'm so glad it has been an easy process (knock on wood!).
anyway, the first two pictures were so funny. all of aurora's pants sag now b/c she doesn't have the big diaper to hold them up. she sat down for lunch and had no clue that her booty was hanging out. i started cracking up (get it?) and grabbed the camera.
and i figured i should get a couple pictures of them together. its been awhile since i pulled the camera out.

So cute Rachel, I love how you braided her hair. Moms should do that more often to get the hair out of kids faces. I am glad that it was an easy transition. We will cross our fingers that there are not any accidents!
Okay, just so you know, it is hard to potty train a kid! Aurora is just gifted!
